Our Intensive Outpatient Programing (IOP) is a co-occurring 3 day a week program for individuals that are struggling with mental health and substance health that are requiring more intensive services than individual counseling alone.
Our individual counseling sessions are designed to help clients navigate personal challenges and foster resilience. We provide a supportive environment to promote mental health and emotional well-being.
Our group counseling helps individuals that may be struggling with mental health, substance use, or dealing with both (co-occurring), in a safe and supportive environment.
